My earliest memories are inside my family’s bakery, watching my mother pour love, creativity, and grit into every pastry she made. That space was more than a business. It was community. People gathered, felt cared for, and left more nourished than when they arrived.

That experience shaped me. It taught me that bringing people together is a privilege. It taught me that connection matters.

For years, I created that sense of belonging through wine and food. As a sommelier and wine director, I watched how a great bottle shared around a table could open hearts and spark joy. Now, I create connection through mindful movement and presence. Yoga, sound, and Pilates give us a way to slow down, breathe, arrive fully in our bodies, and feel our emotions without needing to hide.

My mission is to build safe, welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves. Spaces that invite curiosity, encourage self-honoring choices, and allow community to grow naturally. Whether we are flowing, moving, breathing, or simply sharing a moment, there is depth in the action.

Movement is the new table we gather around. Presence is the wine we share. Community remains the heart of everything I do.
